About Robert Bowman
Robert Bowman, a 22-year Air Force veteran, directed all the Star Wars programs under Presidents Ford and Carter. With the support of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he became the leading opponent of Reagan's version of the program. He is the Presiding Archbishop of the United Catholic Church and is the President of the Institute for Space and Security Studies that publishes Space & Security News.
